Applications are ONLY processed online.  No applications will be accepted at Police Headquarters.  You can apply directly by clicking below. The applicant must be at least 18 years of age for a Firearms ID and 21 years of age for a handgun permit to purchase.  The applicant must be a Harding Township resident.  While completing your application, you will be asked for the Harding Township Police ORI.  That ORI number is NJ0141300.

Once your application is ready to be approved, you will be contacted via email to complete your payment.  Initial Firearms ID cards are $50.  Permits to purchase handguns are $25 each. Permit to carry is $150
