If you would like to request a report from an incident in which you were involved in, complete the form below. All reports will be emailed to the email address provided, unless you specifically request that the report be mailed or picked up (Charges may apply). For a request through the Open Public Records Act, complete the OPRA form below and submit the form via email.

A record can be requested via the Open Public Records Act by completing the form below. Once completed, it should be submitted, via email, to Aadams@hardingnj.org, or by using the submit button below. You can also elect to mail the form or deliver in person at Police Headquarters.
